Planning and Land Use Management (PLUM) Committee

The Planning and Land Use Management Committee reviews development projects and land use proposals that affect the West LA Sawtelle community. The committee provides a forum for stakeholders to learn about upcoming projects, share input, and engage in discussions about zoning, housing, and community planning.

Its purpose is to promote thoughtful, sustainable development that balances the needs of residents, businesses, and the broader community.

The committee meets every third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom.
