Communities can transform underused areas of L.A.’s largest public asset—our 7,500 miles of city streets—into active, vibrant, and accessible public space with People St, a program of the City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT)

The Friends of West LA and WLASNC Crime Prevention Initiative is focused on reducing the frequency of “knock‐knock” burglaries, reducing the frequency of package thefts, creating a theft deterrent and in the event of a crime, providing the homeowners and police with a valuable crime‐solving tool – all through the wide deployment of Ring Video Doorbells.

On Thursday the 24th, DLANC, LAANC and the WLASNC have reached across Los Angeles to help bring homeless veterans from Skid Row to the West L.A. Veterans Administration for housing, physical and mental healthcare, as well as all other services provided by the VA.

Registration for Stoner Recreation Center Fall Soccer began Monday, August 3, 2015. The first game will be on Saturday, September 26, 2015. Please register early! Registration sometime in early September.
