The suspect has generated numerous radio calls for being under the influence of alcohol in public.  She is notorious for unruly behavior and has refused any assistance.  Businesses in the area have been adversely affected by her presence.  On the above date the suspect needed medical treatment due to a consumption of alcohol.  The suspect fought we medical personnel attempting to assist.  I spoke with our neighborhood prosecutor (City Attorney), about seeking a stay away order for this area.
